  • By placing an order with the CALF FASHION, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parent's permission to buy from us.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Calf Fashion as responsible for the personal information.
  • CALF FASHION will not be held responsible for any merchandise lost during transit.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The customer can cancel the order within 2 business days from the order date or later as long as the order is not dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

  • "Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment"
  • Items can be refunded under the following conditions only, damage of the product or size suitability.
  • The customer will bear the delivery fees when exchanging the product (25 AED). Please note that Exchange and Refund is not possible for international shipped deliveries.

  • Please allow for up to 15-30 days for the refund transfer to be completed

  • For refund, full amount will be refunded back to customer except 25 AED which will be delivery cost.Refund will be made within 15-30 days

  • For Exchanging products, the exchange must be done within 10 days from receiving the product and must be new and unworn.The customer will bear the delivery fees when exchanging the product (25 AED).
  • Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by CALF FASHION if:
  • The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If CALF FASHION is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, CALF FASHION shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product
  • The Product has been washed
  • CALF FASHION is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

  • We deliver our Products to all GCC Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 25 and Delivery Fees outside UAE(GCC Country) will be AED 65. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
  • Items shall be delivered within 3-5 business days inside the UAE latest, and 7-10 business days for outside the UAE(GCC Country).
