Refund and Exchange Policy

• For refund, full amount will be refunded back to customer except 25 AED which will be delivery cost.Refund will be made within 15-30 days
• Please note that Exchange and Refund is not possible for international shipped deliveries.
• For Exchanging products, the exchange must be done within 10 days from receiving the product and must be new and unworn. 
• The customer will bear the delivery fees when exchanging the product (25 AED).

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by CALF FASHION if:

• The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If CALF FASHION is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, CALF FASHION shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product
• The Product has been washed
• CALF FASHION is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable
